		<description>Dave, isn&#039;t Virgin available as an option to Telus, Rogers and Bell Canada.  I hear that Virgin is the exact opposite from the big 3.  It is unfortunate that the mobility industry in Canada is as poor as it is.  Unlike big brother in the United States where the cell industry is awesome and even Europe where text messaging and mobility has been big for many years.
