If that came out, I would terminate my current Bell contract tomorrow and switch without hesitation. I've had service with Rogers and Telus as well, and the customer service is extremely poor. Bell is a couple notches up from the rest, but I believe Shaw would be extraordinary! PS - I thought the thread was awesome, so David F. told me to leave a comment. I have to say that I am impressed by this level of service from Shaw. All it will take in the Telecom and data access business especially for small business is a provider to do this and the word gets out. A lot better than Telus!!! David, this is amazing.
